Jungian Analysis

If you dream, and awaken with the sense that your dreams are a source of deep inner wisdom, you may wish to explore the significance of your dreams more deeply. This exploration can be incorporated into psychotherapy or consultation sessions, as dreams arise. Or, if your dreams summon you strongly, and if other important considerations relating to psychological strength are met, you may embark upon a deliberately chosen journey with your dreams through Jungian Analysis.

Carl Jung regarded dreams as the royal road to the unconscious, a source of deep inner wisdom. The goal of Jungian Analysis is to gain access to this wisdom. This access is gained through careful attention to dreams and other symbolic material such as art or Sandplay. In working with dreams, particular attention is paid to the subtle transformations of symbols and of the emotions associated with them as they manifest over time in dream sequences.

Through Jungian Analysis you can come to understand more deeply the grammar, as it were, of the language of your unconscious. This enables you to listen with deeper stillness to the voice of your own inner wisdom. For more information on Jungian psychology visit www.junginstitut.ch.
